About Us

American Employee Justice was founded by an ordinary American with an extraordinary determination to make a difference. She began with a simple dream—to work hard at her local manufacturing job, earn fair opportunities, and advance just like anyone else. Instead, she was denied equal treatment, excluded from promotions, and punished for speaking up against a hostile work environment. She quickly realized how challenging it was to navigate the legal system and seek legal representation.

Rather than staying silent, she transformed her struggle into a mission to fight for every worker’s right to dignity, fairness, and opportunity. Today, American Employee Justice stands as a beacon of empowerment, by guiding others through the legal system, giving a voice to employees who have been silenced, holding employers accountable, and working toward a future where no hardworking individual is denied the respect and opportunity they deserve.
